He is the author of the books<em>  Paradosiaka: Music, Meaning and Identity in Modern Greece<\/em>  (Ashgate\/Routledge, 2009) and  <em>Learning Culture through City Soundscapes &#8211; A Teacher Handbook<\/em>  (with P. K. Poulos and K. Korneti, electronic version, University of Macedonia, 2013), and co-editor of the volumes  <em>Counter-files: revisiting history from below  <\/em>(with R. B. Bushoten and V. Dalcavoukis, Oral History Association, 2021),  <em>Musical communities in 21st century Greece: ethnographic views and audiences  <\/em>(with A. Theodosiou, Field, 2020), and  <em>Introduction to Ethnomusicology<\/em>  (with A. Balantina, Asini, 2014).
